A near perfect week
For me, the worst weigh in weeks are when you do everything just right and the scale doesn't reflect that. Conversely, some of the best weeks are when you weren't 100% perfect and honest to god think you are going to gain and then get a thumbs up from your cousin on Saturday morning.
This week, I'm hoping for neither of those. Even though I lost last week, I know it was only because of the PMS from the previous week, and I buckled down and have counted every point this week, eaten more veggies that usual (Thanks Robyn!) and also had more dairy than usual. I actually kind of followed those good health guidelines that I just sort of acknowledged before. Plus I counted every point, used every point, and went to the gym nearly every day. (btw a week off from the gym makes for a pain filled body when you hop back in full force)
I really want to loose this week. I need to loose this week. I went back to my ww roots and found something that I am going to buy myself when I hit that 80 lb mark. I haven't done any rewards in a log time - not even when I got under 200 or when I hit the 75 lb mark. I think that helped me a lot in the beginning, so I'm going back to it.
Please please please let me loose this week. please?
