Food Fest Crisis

We are having our holiday food fest here at work on Thursday. I know this will be scarily point high, but I have known about it for over a week so I am trying to do damage control. I only ate a handful of extra points over the weekend. I am bringing in cabbage unstuffed which is low in points, filling and a "meal item".
Other items on the menu:
Fried chicken from George Aiken (aack! But I can have one small piece)
Jello poke cake (as deserts go, we could be having a lot worse, at least the frosting is cool whip)
chocolate chip cookies (again, I can have one)
ham bbq (I am bringing in my own 1 point buns to minimize damage)
asian coleslaw (still not a horrid choice, I can have a little
beef/cheese dip (by far the worst, I will only have a little to be polite - it's super super yummy but the highest in points by far)

I need your recipe for unstuffed cabbage. The Jello cake would not tempt me, (I don't like it), but the cookies !!!!!!!!!!!!! I would definitely have a problem with them. I made peanut brittle, fudge and a batch of chocolate "chunk" cookies over the weekend. I was very proud of myself - I didn't even taste any of it. I have the peanut brittle & fudge in the freezer and the cookies are in containers outside in another container so I can't get at them.
