Ground Zero, 3:29pm

Well I made it through the day, and only time will tell how much damage was really done. And whatever happens, I know that over time I will be able to loose whatever I gain. I'm awesome that way.

We had our breakfast and holiday lunch today. Breakfast was ok because I really didn't like anything that they had. I also ate my cereal/milk & yogart at home before I came to work, so I really wasn't hungry. I had some cut fruit. Lunch was different - I had a small piece of chicken w/broccoli, tossed salad, fruit salad and some fluffy dessert, (probably flavored cool whip). Hopefully the scale will be kind this week - it hasn't been for the last 3 weeks. See you Saturday.
